After 7+ years in sales working with both Enterprises and SMBs, I kept running into the same problem: every team was stuck fighting their CRM instead of using it. Too many features nobody asked for. Months of onboarding. Costs that made no sense. That's why I co-founded ZykoCRM with my brother Dinko — to give SMBs a CRM that's actually built for them: clear, insightful, and ready in days, not months.

SMB and CRM's

Most CRMs weren't built for small businesses. They were built for enterprises and then "simplified" into cheaper tiers with half the features stripped out.
And that's the core problem.

When a 5-person sales team signs up for a CRM, they don't need:

  • 6-month implementation timelines

  • Mandatory training certifications

  • 200-page admin guides

  • A dedicated "CRM manager" role just to keep things running

They need to know: Who talked to which customer? What was said? What's the next step?
