I m one of the founders of ProveIt, and we just launched on September 1st.
We started ProveIt because technical hiring often evaluates developers in ways that don t resemble how they actually work. Resumes, algorithm questions, and traditional coding tests can tell you something but they don t always show whether someone can actually step into a real environment, understand a problem, and build.
ProveIt takes a project-based approach. Candidates work through realistic technical challenges where they can use the tools and resources they d normally use on the job. The goal is simple: help companies evaluate demonstrated ability, while giving developers a better way to prove what they can do.
Technical hiring still relies on resumes, theoretical interviews, and algorithm puzzles that rarely reflect real work. ProveIt replaces them with customizable, project-based assessments in realistic environments, where candidates can use familiar tools and resources. Employers get meaningful insight into practical problem-solving and execution, while candidates get the chance to prove what they can actually do.
