About

I build small tools when something annoys me enough. Right now that's DemoForge, open source product demo videos you can re-run when your UI changes. It's partly inspired by OpenScreen and Screen Studio, which showed me how good auto-zoom can feel. I wanted the same polish without re-recording every sprint. Always happy to chat about Playwright, video and dev tools.

DemoForge - Product demo videos that re-record when your UI changes

Demo videos go stale every time your UI changes. DemoForge makes a demo a file: a short flow.json of Playwright steps, each with one line of narration. One command records your app with auto-zoom on every click, a smooth cursor and a voiceover that sets the pace. Fine-tune zooms, cuts and captions in a browser editor, then export an MP4. UI changed? Run it again. Claude Code can write and record the flow for you. Open source (MIT), runs locally, free voice included.

Turn any PDF into an immersive audiobook experience with Page Voice 📖🎧

Hey PH makers

I just launched Page Voice a simple AI tool that turns any PDF into a narrated audiobook with synchronized text highlighting. You upload a file, pick an AI voice, and Page Voice reads it aloud while showing the text in real time. The goal was to make reading more accessible, enjoyable, and flexible whether you re studying, working, or multitasking.

I built it because sometimes listening to content feels easier and more immersive than scrolling and I wanted a tool that did this without a ton of setup. Curious to hear from others here:

  • Do you prefer listening or reading complex docs?

  • What features would make audio-based reading tools even more helpful for you?
