I am currently a user of their original product - the one pictured. I have had it for many years and still use it. I am also one of the first to jump on board and preorder the new Magfast products. While the wait has been difficult and at times a test of patience, I do believe it is critical they get it right. The Magfast team has been very responsive to my inquiries and very open about their challenges. I am confident they will indeed get it right and I will have the best charging system on the planet (hopefully soon)!
