Headline: Finally, a tool that tells me what to do with the data!
Most HR tools just give me more charts to look at, but Pulsewise actually gives me actionable prompts for my 1-on-1s. I love that it pulls in everything,kudos, goals, and mood,into one view before I sit down with my team. It takes the guesswork out of leadership and helps me address burnout signals before they become real problems. Great job on the UI as well!
