
WORST cell phone company on the Planet. Literally Chat or Twitter for CS. Screwed up my order the 1st day. Could not edit, cancel, replace, or even send the order. 3 days later and I am still in the same boat. Financing is held hostage through Affirm, as they will not transfer the approved amount to another company. At this point, I am completely without cell service or phone and entirely unable to get any until and unless Visible and Affirm CHOOSE to allow me to purchase elsewhere. CFPB, FTC, and FFC have been alerted
On top of their poorly constructed customer service, Visible will steal your Trade In phone. They told me to a) couldn't locate the trade in b) turn off the locator c) would get back with me d) anti-theft e) wrong model f) told me they do not return the trade in if you do not agree with their offer. They STOLE my phone and They will do you the same.
