What's great
I’ve been using Taskade for quite some time, and overall it has been a very pleasant experience for both personal and work-related task management. Pros: cool interface (web), interconnected projects, AI-based project builder
What needs improvement
The mobile app UI became noticeably harder to use after the big AI expansion during 2025. The interface used to feel simple and intuitive, but now it has become much more (and unnecessary) complicated. On a phone it doesn’t feel very native anymore, and after not using it for 2-3 months I stumbled on how to create a basic project with straight-forward task list.
Overall still a good tool, but the mobile UI could really benefit from simplification.
