What's great
This fits perfectly into my workflow. I didn’t expect to replace several tools with one, but that’s exactly what happened.
What needs improvement
More templates and examples for different use cases would be great, especially for new users. Otherwise, the experience is already very solid.
vs Alternatives
I needed a focused document builder that combines structure, visuals, and sharing in one place. Quixli felt more lightweight and flexible than traditional docs, while still being powerful enough for real work. It fits naturally into my workflow without adding extra complexity.
How granular are sharing controls like PINs and expiries?
PINs and expiry dates are simple to set up and very practical for secure, client-facing sharing.
How smooth is collaboration with roles and activity logs?
Collaboration feels clean and straightforward. It’s not overloaded with features, but the basics are handled well, which makes it easy to share documents and stay aligned without friction. Works especially well for small teams or client-facing collaboration.
How reliable is uptime, and how fast is support?
In my experience, uptime has been solid so far - I haven’t run into any disruptions during real work. Support feels very responsive and thoughtful, especially considering it’s a product built by a solo developer. You can tell feedback is taken seriously.
