Love the dashboard and the UI, it’s great that it can text and call others on your behalf to book reservations and other stuff. But also sends you notifications through slack/ email and phone call (very useful when I’m focused and dont keep my eyes on my inboxes)

I love the ability to get the insight on the type of a company website visitors, and it was a breeze setting the whole thing up. free trial on all the features was extremely useful to try the product live and figure out the plan that would meet our needs. customer support was great, Slack integration was flawless.

AppSumo is a great place to look for deals, and I’ve bought a few deals with them unfortunately one of them was a scam but their customer service was excellent and I love the community that they have built

Quite frankly, I did find that it is quite outdated. You need an implementation consultant to get the basic contact/company workflows automated and as you scale users the costs baloon.
