Initially there were some time delays and app glitches. The pandemic really affected the company beyond their control but I'm so glad I stuck in there because it is so worth it!
Such a clever app and product. Definitely glad I have my bird buddy and wouldn't be without it now. The way it IDs the birds and collates them in the app is fantastic. Tempted to get another one for the front garden as well!
