With the use of video responses, we thought Pitch N Hire helped us weed out candidates we didn't need to persuade and helped us find the best candidates. There were a few test suites that were somewhat helpful, but we discovered that custom questions helped us achieve our goals more effectively. We were looking for more non-cognitive skills evaluations.
