NextUI is the most intuitive UI library that you can use on React with TailwindCSS. While there are other libraries that supports TailwindCSS, I haven't encounter libraries like NextUI. All the UI components are preset with some styles, but to override it is as simple as applying TailwindCSS tokens, even for the nested elements.
