Nate has international experience on over a dozen construction projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Canada as well as the US. He has worked with ENR Top 25 contractors to create Innovation & Technology programs and has presented at conferences on trends that are impacting our industry. Nate partners with clients to address the needs of complex field workforces. He focuses on improving engagement by understanding user requirements and improving agility at the project and field level. He uses a data-driven approach to understand an organization’s unique needs across Requirements Discovery; Organizational Networks; Strategic Planning; and Business Transformation.
