First and foremost I'll say right out of the gate investing your hard-earned money into products that are new takes a bit of faith. The majority of people that go to work just barely making ends meet like me surely need to be extra cautious. Nonetheless, we all need quality products that last so we don't have to keep wasting money on cheap, run-of-the-mill ones that we must replace way too often. Did I expect such a delay in shipping, NO, however, I'm pleased we as preorder customers are kept up to date weekly on the product's progress. It's especially pleasing that this company's founder is committed to continuing to only produce a quality product that I as a customer will be proud to own. Let me mention also that if for some reason you become dissatisfied opting out and requesting a refund is an option. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that I do not have the actual products in my possession to wow about yet.
