
Products are okay but wow I have not seen such bad customer service and frankly an even worse website! First of all, this website hasn't changed in over a year despite so many problems. They do not email you to give notice when a shipment is upcoming on a renewing subscription. That alone puts is far behind its competitors. It resulted in a situation that made me mad because it should be an industry standard by now, but now we're 6 months later and I decided to give them another chance. Wow was I stupid. I had just reordered a skin product a month ago and it was delivered to my new address. Now I've been waiting around forever for my hair product I just ordered only to find that it was sent to my old address. When you order products, they don't show you a screen to confirm the shipping address like they do with Amazon. They also do not allow you to view your main address in your profile, you have to contact customer service to even know what it is they have on file, much less change it. So I had to go back and dig into the order itself to see the shipping information, and now it's too late. This is a really poorly design customer experience. I guess I shouldn't have assumed it would go to my new address despite having a product just recently sent to it, but I would have caught it had they allowed more visibility of what the shipping address was going to be in the first place. So no confirmation that you're getting a renewal soon, no confirmation to validate your address before ordering, this is just basic stuff guys. And when I've contacted customer service, just like many others have said it's complete and utter trash. There are other competitors out there. Don't waste your time with this garbage company.
