Why I spent months building a 19-checker system instead of using a generic AI wrapper.

Hey everyone! I m the maker of ADAGuard.

I noticed a huge problem: most accessibility tools are either too expensive for solo devs or just give you vague AI guesses that don't actually fix the code. I wanted something that was 'Developer-First.'

I built ADAGuard to provide 74% automated coverage using a proprietary 19-checker system. It s built for speed you can audit subdomains and entire sites in a few clicks.

If you ve ever struggled with WCAG compliance or ARIA labels, I d love for you to check out what we ve built and give me your most brutal feedback. I'm here to answer any technical questions about the architecture too!

ADAGuard - Scan any website for ADA & WCAG compliance in seconds

ADAGuard is a WCAG 2.1 & 2.2 Level AA ADA compliance scanner for web teams. Run a free scan in seconds — no credit card needed. Features 100+ accessibility rules, authenticated page scanning, parallel engine (100 pages ~3 min), and PDF/VPAT/white-label reports from $49/mo.

How do you decide what features should be free and what should be paid?

Let me start from the creator s perspective:
I personally don t have a product (apart from hiring people for creative work or offering personal consultations).

But as a creator, I constantly share content, insights, and information, value that helps me build trust (for free). Based on that perceived expertise, people eventually decide to work with me (a paid service).
