
NEVER AGAIN! We planned our trip precisely so the car would be picked up at scheduled time 11 AM — but no one showed up. We called, only to find out they already charged us for an extra day! Their excuse? They “called us at 8 AM” and we didn’t answer. ONE missed call — while I was driving! Feels completely intentional and like a scam.
Customer service? Rude, dismissive, and with an attitude like “We don’t care, we already charged you. We can come get the car now, but you’re still paying for the day.” Instead of helping, they made the situation even worse with their arrogant behavior.
And to top it off? I didn’t even use the car that day — my whole day was ruined.
I will be reporting this company for their shady practices and absolutely disgraceful customer service. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, they actively escalated it. Avoid at all costs.
