About
Most software projects don't die because the idea was bad. They die because nobody owned the gap between a good idea and a finished product. I've watched that gap swallow budgets, exhaust teams, and bury products before they ever reached a real user. A plan that ships late, ships broken, or never ships at all is just an expensive idea. And the cost is never only financial. It's trust, momentum, and careers.
