Is this a common issue?

At some point we have all sent cold mails and outreaches be it for jobs, hiring or simple advertisement and user onboarding. Have you felt the need for a tool to manage it all and provide analytics at one place at a price much lower than what other CRM tools offer?
If the problem is real, what features would you want to see in any such product built to solve this issue?
I'm launching a similar MVP on 28th and would like to have a community feedback on what I can include in my future upgrades so your help will go a long way.
