The capabilities and ease that applicant tracking offers when applying to many opportunities within or across firms have really pleased me. It is highly simple and practical because the applicant can easily import or transfer their account to different employers, and it also enables customisation for different employers to use on their end. It's by far the most convenient technique I've used, and it saves a ton of time.
