Seems you regularly need Airalo customer service support to activate, even top up activation. Problem is, it is a minimum of an hour each time or more to get connected with an agent. I’m in Dubai, topped it up, and can’t get it to work. I topped up to watch AFL grand final. My partner used local Dubai provider. It’s 3/4 time and I’m still waiting for an Airalo agent to come on Chat function.
