Another chorus member here 🙌🏻 it's so great to have another tool in my toolbox for managing stress, relaxing, and more. Practicing breathing techniques in class has also helped me apply this practice outside of Chorus when I need to calm the mind, fall asleep, or stave off grouchiness.
