I love Trello because it's so simple and flexible that it's suitable for personal use as well as for commercial use. But I have to say that they have dropped the ball recently. First, it is becoming bulky and slow as they add more features. I think they should've done this in a modular way where users are given the option to enable/disable these features in order to keep it lean and fast. Second, both the web app and Android app have been very glitchy recently. For example, an item that is moved within a checklist might sometimes jump back to the old position, an item might get ticked and then unticked a second later, and so on.
