I was initially impressed with Juicebox People GPT during the demo, even recommending to my network. I was shown features like ATS integration and hiring manager seats, which seemed perfect for my needs. However, after signing up for the Business Plan, I was shocked to find these features were not included.
As a one-person team, I don’t need additional seats, but I was told I would have to purchase more to access certain functions. I’ve already paid for a full year, yet the platform is now almost useless for my workflow.
My advice: do your research before committing. The sales demo does not accurately reflect what you get with the standard subscription. I will be cancelling my plan and returning to my previous tool.
