Hello, I’m Hugo Cornejo. I’ve built products, teams and companies, but still enjoy making things myself. I began as a software engineer before shifting focus to what we build and why. I joined Monzo on day one as the first designer, shaping product, brand, research and marketing—including the original hot coral card—and led the team as it grew to millions. More recently I co-founded Packfleet, overseeing product and design from apps to van wraps. Now I mostly work on personal projects like Abejas and my Spanish blog, infa.me, while still collaborating with founders and teams.
