It's a great service for finding music of any taste. I've been using Spotify for years, even before it became available in Ukraine, sometimes making subscription payments through the VPN as well, what a time!
I can only highlight 3 main things I disliked so far:
1. Customer support. It's there somewhere, but it's almost impossible to get a help from a specialist. Guidelines in the KB and the community forums are pretty confusing, so I had some hard time before I found the information I required. I think it took me several days, because I didn't have much spare time for that investigation.
2. Inability to create family subscriptions with accounts from other countries. It was really frustrating to know I can't create a family subscription with a person who is a part of my family that lives in another county.
3. Sometimes doesn't have some tracks and artists I like. Often it appears that other platforms have it all, so I have to keep multiple subscriptions.
Despite that, Spoti is still great.
