I ve been using VIA for a while for my personal purposes aka bridging assets over the crypto networks. What I can emphasize as a selling points are excellent UI, nothing distracts from the main purpose of the product. Ease of use. Competetive rates. What's negative I found out is that protocol doesnt offer Synapse exchange route and I lost couple of $ because of that. But, that's minor and fixable
