Having a Zapier app is in the pipeline. The we might move on to Make. You of course can already do this since the webhook is platform agnostic but I understand the value of having an app on Zapier/Make. I don't understand the "direct API" part. What do you mean by that?

When you setup a custom domain email and forward it thorugh KaiMail, it DOES break DKIM of the sender since we're adding headers, through our own custom headers and the hops.
