I ordered the whole family of chargers in Nov 2020 and am still waiting. No surprise there really as they told us upfront it was going to be a while - and they have lived up to their word, haha! I believe this company to be honest and endeavoring to deliver a superior product line to the charging marketplace. Looking forward to receiving mine.
