I used to be scared of eating food in general because i did not understand what was good for me and what made me feel bad - that changed after using this app. It gave me an insight to how my body reacts to certain foods while the effort i have to put in was minimal. Itβs not just a tracker of calories and macros (even though having those tracked too helps a lot!). The app is a really great tool...
