Great way to stay motivated and accountable and have the ease of workouts sent to you. Takes the guessing out of what you should do each day. Help with nutrition is also a huge perk! Pros: 24/7 access to a personal trainer, can do the workouts anytime and anywhere! Nutrition guidance is great too! Cons: None
