After a somewhat negative experience elsewhere, Reedsy has been a breath of fresh air. The site is well-designed and user friendly, even for this technophobe. There was always a human who provided contact information, so I never felt abandoned to e-personnel or robo-contacts. It's difficult to comment fairly on pricing. I'd paid less for editing elsewhere, but I also received so very much less that those edits were largely unhelpful, and contained errors. On the other hand, my Reedsy editor was what I had been hoping to find. She delivered a very helpful edit with insightful comments. Therefore, I must conclude that I received good value for my money. I plan to continue to deal with Reedsy and specifically with MY REEDSY EDITOR. (Find your own!)
