I backed the project on Kickstarter. At first I didn't realize that it could possibly be over a year before I would see the availability of the item I was backing and felt slightly frustrated with the delay. on top of this a world wide pandemic affected the availability of components. But through it all the company has been very good about communicating the progress and very gracious of any criticism. I was chosen to be one of the first testers and I will say the product is very well constructed, easy to use and all the features including the app work as they should. I am very happy with my feeder.
