Overall my experience has been good. I have had to change my address two times and finding a way to do that was a challenge but when I found the proper way, it was changed right away. So I guess customer service is pretty good. I have not had to contact them for anything and the wait has been long but I think waiting for the latest and greatest is better than getting a product that is not good because it was rushed.
