A clarification on time needed to cancel the trial period. Tried to cancel on the 14th day and payment was already taken out. Contacted the company on the same say and they were unable to refund or cancel on their end - nothing could be done. This company is too set in their policies and does not have the time or care to deal with small issues like canceling or refunding. Pro: I rather enjoyed...
