
I ordered a Bird Buddy on Black Friday to give as a present for Christmas. I emailed bird buddy support the same day (Black Friday) asking to cancel my order as I wasn’t aware the price was in USD until it showed up on my credit card (I’m from Canada and the exchange rate is way too much right now). I still have not heard back from their support in order to help with my request and it’s been over a month. Now I will have to go through returning the unit instead of an easy cancellation.
Additionally, I only received part of my order by Christmas, even though they guaranteed that we would receive it by then. The accessories are delayed and were not shipped in time.
