I love the peace of mind Waggle gives us. 4 stars because our first one stopped working after having it less than a year. Life was hectic and I didn't get around to submitting a claim, but I decided to give them another try as it worked well while it was working. I needed to email customer service a couple of times to transfer the account to my new Waggle monitor. They responded promptly and the transaction went smoothly. Hopefully this one lasts longer!
