Reviews saying that Heygen doesn't have great support are lies, I use Heygen almost daily and am testing their new technology and support is very active, emails are always within a few hours. They have ample resources to teach you their platform and how to do things. The quality of the software is excellent and the service it provides saves time and money with their avatars, they are constantly updating and doing webinars explaining the updates.
