PDFMonkey is an amazing automation tool. We use it to automate a lot of our printed material that is repetitive and would be time consuming to do manually. We have a database in Notion and use Make.com to push data into PDFMonkey. We have reasonably complex templates so we use the code templates but for simple use cases the visual editor is great.
