On October 18 at 12:31 PM, I sent 1,000 USD from my crypto address to my Heleket account. I was using this platform to receive payments on my websites.
However, the money I sent was blocked without any justification.
Even though I provided all the requested information and evidence completely, my funds have not been refunded for 10 days.
I have contacted live support multiple times, but I am no longer receiving any responses. My most recent support ticket was deleted without any explanation.
For 10 days now, I have been unable to get my money back from Heleket, and I am experiencing serious financial distress.
I strongly advise other users not to use this platform to avoid going through the same issue I did.
