First and foremost was the outstanding customer support provided by Gloria, Matheus, Ivan and Denise in explaining and setting up the account. Setting up the account was a lot easier than I had imagined until I reached the domain stage. This stage caused me a bit of grief.

What needs improvement

Provide a little more detailed information on the requirement for setting up a domain name considering that not all persons are "techies". Our group utilizes MailerLite strictly for the issuance of newsletters and bulletins so our requirements are limited in regards to all of the services provided by MailerLite.

Recommendations from a third party CRM article which provided a number of industry options and associated pros and cons.
