So I reverse-engineered how listing platforms work and built a system that detects new properties within seconds of publication. Previously worked at SeLoger (France's #1 real estate platform), which gave me deep insight into how these platforms actually index and serve listings and where the gaps are. My girlfriend and I moved to Barcelona and lost 3 apartments. Every time, we were "too late" someone had already called 30 minutes before us.

We'd refresh Idealista obsessively, set up every alert possible, and still get the same answer: "sorry, already taken." It was exhausting.

That's when I discovered something most people don't know: there's a 15 to 60 minute delay between when a listing is actually published on platforms like Idealista or SeLoger, and when you get the push notification.
