While the cost of the product a bit high in my opinion, you are essentially buying a luxury product. The camera module has been great in my opinion and the bird feeder itself is nice. I do think there are future updates to be made in the future once things get moving. Looking at products that have been on the market a long time, the first rendition is not usually the best. This is a great starting point for a future of amazing products! While the initial launch of Bird Buddy was a bit awkward, they did their best. It was a pandemic, and it was a CROWD SOURCED PROJECT. People do not seem to understand the process and workflow involved with a crowd sources project. Did it take way longer to get then expected? Yes. Did the bird buddy group keep customers updated with an honest dialogue the whole time? Yes. In that sense they did an awesome job in my opinion. They have continued to be transparent and actually listen to their customer base for improvements. This is a group of people who made a product and continue to improve on it on a monthly basis. Kudos to the team!
