I L O V E F O C U S M A T E!!! It is a wonderful community of people who take the idea of accountability seriously and are comfortable with clear, concise parameters of engagement. I really value the fact that the rules and expectations are explicit and respectful and there is an expectation that people will treat one another well. I think the service is extraordinary and y'all have sprouted a *community*. Thank you for doing so.
