A great product that I have always enjoyed. Recently, however, I had a challenge with a video that was almost an hour and it got stuck uploading and eventually lost...BUT Lauren from Customer Service and Johnny from Development - pieced together the bits in my temporary files and theirs... and reclaimed the video from the void of cyberspace! Couldn't believe it - I'm a supporter for life now...
