
Our Waggle would not connect to the app. We reset the Waggle multiple times and reinstalled the app. When that all failed, we contacted Waggle support. The first call we received couldn’t resolve our issue so they escalated our case. Within 24 hours, our Waggle service was remotely restored and we received an email saying the issue was resolved. We were very impressed with the prompt and thorough service we received.
