I've been using Fathom for some time now, and have come to rely on it for nearly all of our client meetings. Instead of scrambling to take notes and missing key aspects of conversations in doing so, I'm able to remain active in the meeting while flagging key points with relevant tags, and then summarizing and disseminating to the team.
I've found the new AI Summaries to be absolutely invaluable and am a huge fan of this new feature.
Fathom is easily my most valuable tool to gather and relay feedback from clients to the team. Much appreciated!
