If I could give it no stars I would. I have been trying for two weeks to get this working. You can't contact anyone in customer service. No phone number listed. You email them, get an order number, then email them back again. They send you the instructions that are listed online and it still doesn't work. I'm so sorry someone spent a lot of money to give this to me as a gift. A major disappointment.
