This has got to be the worst company out there to try get a solution from! Not to mention they charge you for things you didn’t sign up for and then pretty much say “oh well”! I wanted to give this water bottle a try as I am not a fan of just plain water. Since the first time I tried it the cartridges have done nothing but soak the front of every shirt I wear and it’s just a more expensive way of putting flavoring in a water bottle basically. Their customer service is of no help. You tell them you have had nothing but bad experiences with their product but they won’t refund your money that they just helped themselves to and you can’t send the cartridges back because it’s something that’s being consumed? Not even boxes that have never been opened!! This company is a flat out scam and once they have your money you might as well have flushed it down the toilet!
