NeuroverseOS - Policy firewall for AI agents

NeuroVerseOS is an open-source governance toolkit for AI agents. Developers define structured “worlds” containing rules, constraints, and execution guards, and every agent action is checked against those rules before it runs — like a policy firewall for AI systems. The governance runtime and CLI are open source on GitHub and npm, and the OS provides a visual environment for designing and testing worlds (which are very much in beta and are free with BYO AI API - all data stored locally).
